Essential Oils are so nice to have because they have so many uses. This Lavender and Peppermint Essential Oil have a very strong throw they are good to use in a diffuser . I could smell this oil before I even opened the box. Lavender is very good to help you relax and helps you sleep . I like to add a drop or two to my bath before bed because it really does relax you. The Peppermint oil is also very nice to use in a diffuser. It does not take much of this oil to achieve what you want. I can see this bottle lasting me for quite some time.
