This is my new favorite utensil in the kitchen. I love how easy it is to peel potatoes or carrots because the blades are very sharp. You can also make thin strips of your vegetables or fruits using the Julienne side of this. This Julienne Vegetable Peeler is made from Stainless Steel and it is very sturdy. I see this Peeler lasting for quite some time due to it being made so well. I would recommend this product to anyone that likes to cook.
