Normally after being on my feet for a long period of time they are tired and achy but after using the Dr.Scholls messaging gel inserts my feet are no longer tired and achy. The gel seems to keep my feet cool and with every step it feels like my feet are being messaged.I only have one complaint and that's because the insoles are made for size 10 and below and I wear 11's so they are a bit too small for my shoes.
